P U R P O S E:

This corporation is organized and shall operate as an exempt charitable organization within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or similar provision of any future revenue of any future laws) (the "code") without profit to any officer or director and the Corporation. All contributions are tax deductible.

M I S S I O N   S T A T E M E N T:

Our mission is to support academic scholarships, community service programs, and activities to enrich the Brevard County community and fulfill our mission of Cultivating a Stronger Community. These activities include youth development programs addressing leadership and life skills development, financial literacy workshops, and educational forums addressing health, economics, global poverty, environmental sustainability, and energy conservation concerns.
