CHAPTER PROGRAMS

Over 40 Years of Service

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Iota Pi Omega Chapter partners with local organizations to serve the Brevard County area. We strive to achieve the highest standards of excellence in service as we guide our youth and the local community through various enrichment activities.

Our sorority leadership, under the direction of International President Dr. Glenda Glover, during her 2018-2022 administration, have focused our service in the areas of our five program targets:

  • Target 1:  HBCU 4 Life: A Call to Action

  • Target 2:  Women’s Healthcare and Wellness

  • Target 3:  Building our Economic Legacy

  • Target 4: The Arts!

  • Target 5:  Global Impact

Locally we also support voter registration drives, back to school drives, developing future leaders, food drives,  promoting business opportunity, health, spiritual awareness, toys for under-served children, education, college readiness, fiscal fitness, fundraising, community service, and advocacy.
